I laid down decorative tiles all over the house and did a huge layout renewal I feel like my whole body got beat up, seriously It took two whole days, but it felt like moving day, it was so hard🙄 While moving the plants, I finally found my place with the utensil, and I brought the TV from the bedroom to the living room I really wondered if there was ever such a hard day in my life The house got prettier, but I feel like my lifespan was shortened by about 3 years^^ My hands are swollen and sore.. My neck, shoulders, waist, and pelvis all hurt, but why on earth do my thighs hurt so muchㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ🫠 I took a few pictures to show you how it hurts because of the aftereffects.. I'll take a video of the whole thing soon… . The space that was exchanged with my body… . Many organs… … . I'm going to a Korean medicine clinic right now…
