Mr. Eonam's Second Challenge to Lifetime Kimchi Stew👏👏 As the weather gets colder, I keep craving hot food I bought tofu at the mart and made tofu kimchi stew with ingredients I had at home with reference to Mr. Ryu Su-young's recipe💛 The point is the savory broth, right?? Originally, you should use front leg meat, but since I only had pork belly at home, I used pork belly :) 🧑‍🍳Making Tofu Kimchi Stew🧑‍🍳 1. Fry the pork belly in oil first, then add minced garlic and stir-fry 2. When it's golden brown, Add chili oil with 2 parts soy sauce and 2 parts red pepper powder 3. Pour 1 liter of water and add green onions, onions, and kimchi to your taste, and if you have kimchi juice, add kimchi juice too~ It's good to close the lid and boil thoroughly for 30 minutes 4.
