Yesterday's Friday night scenery! Assorted sashimi dishes + a look at the severe trauma center~~ We often eat assorted sashimi in the winter. Yesterday, we went grocery shopping together to celebrate Friday night, and I bought assorted flounder & salmon sashimi for the first time in a long time. Maybe because it's winter, the sashimi was thick and in good condition ㅎㅎ It's also great value for money at around 26,000 won. I usually eat this as sashimi and make basic sushi, but this time I wanted to try making sashimi rice bowl. Put assorted vegetables on top of rice, add a few pieces of fresh sashimi, sprinkle some gochujang (season to your taste), sesame oil, and sesame seeds, and mix it.
