#집에서제일바빠 is really a channel for me! I'm so busy at home because of my work. These days, kumquats are in season. I shivered during the late spring cold spell. Since seasonal kumquats came into the house, I made kumquat jeonggwa. Wash the kumquats thoroughly, cut them in half, and remove all the seeds. Then, add sugar and honey and boil them. Remove the foam well, and boil and cool like this four times in total! Shape them one by one on a plate, dry them for a day or two, and you're finally done with this long journey!! (The last photo is a photo where I slowly ate the edges while drying them to taste them🤭🤣) This way, you get a jeonggwa with a jelly-like texture and high transparency. I used the brown sugar I had at home, so the color turned out a little darker, but the taste was really refreshing, chewy, and so delicious😉🤍 I diligently share it with my friends, and my husband and I also eat it little by little.
