It should be lighter than regular kimbap so that the salty taste is balanced because the Myeongran is added later. The key to Botanical Garden Kimbap is black rice. I cook sticky black rice and use both white rice and black rice. ✔️ I use unsalted butter for the egg roll. The secret to soft and fluffy egg roll is adding milk and cooking wine! Melt unsalted butter in a pan over medium heat until it sizzles, and cook it evenly to make a cozy egg roll. ✔️ I use low-salt Myeongran, but you can also grill it to your liking.
