Who has a house with limited land? An open space house is the solution! 😊 Like the M&A house which was built on 100 m2 of land, one of the renovations carried out in this house was to make the family room without partitions to the kitchen and back garden. Before the renovation, (you can see the last 2 slides) the family room which was previously a bedroom had to be dilapidated and moved to the left so that the family room would be without partitions directly to the kitchen. The kitchen area also previously had its own door and partition. So by renovating it to an open space concept, air circulation & light can also come from the back garden.
