#오홈스토랑 #콘수프기록 The easiest cake to make at home🍓 I made a chocolate whipped cream cake to celebrate Valentine's Day. It's really delicious because it's made with moist chocolate genoise and lots of strawberries💞 It's so cute with a lovely pink ribbon on it since it's Valentine's Day🎀🩷 I baked the cake sheet using the 20cm Luci silicone mold ring. Unlike regular cake molds that have to be lined with parchment paper, it's easy to work with because you can put the dough directly into the mold! (+ I think it would be good to apply a little oil to the bottom of the sponge-structured sheet) It can be easily washed with detergent without disinfection or coating like an iron plate, and it maintains a certain shape without deformation even at high temperatures.🙌🏻 It is a 100% platinum silicone mold that is BPA FREE certified and does not contain environmental hormones, so it is safe to make children's snacks.☺️ I will upload a video of the making on Reels soon!
