I have used it myself and trust the brand, so I was really looking forward to the T20 2nd generation product that I received this time as a good opportunity. ✔️Assembly difficulty🔨 If you follow the intuitive video guide step by step, you can assemble it without difficulty. I think it took me about 20 minutes. Headrest assembly tip Assembling other parts was easy because you just had to tighten the screws, and the headrest part was much more sturdy and easy to finish because the chair was tilted forward. ✔️Design advantages🪑 The T20 2nd generation chair has a minimalist design with soft curves overall, so it feels different from other angular computer chairs. I think this is the difference from the existing T20 1st generation product. I chose the mid-gray color that doesn't worry about contamination.
