#오홈스토랑 I prepared a hearty and warm meal for dinner tonight! 🍽️✨ I gently stir-fried the beef bulgogi I bought at Costco, and prepared a spicy meat kimchi stew with plenty of aged kimchi and pork. It has a deep flavor that will melt your insides with a spoonful of the broth. 🥘🔥 I also added a special side dish! I roasted the emperor mushrooms, which have a chewy texture, until golden brown, and served them with crispy, personally roasted seaweed. There's no better way to eat a piece of bulgogi and a sheet of seaweed on top of freshly cooked, warm rice. 😋🍚 Today, I filled my small happiness with a hearty home-cooked meal like this.
