It's delicious when you eat it with stir-fried eggplant and pickled vegetables ✏️Stir-fried eggplant recipe ➰Cut 2 eggplants into long pieces, 1/4 scallions, and 1/4 onion into strips ➰Seasoning: 2T soy sauce, 1T oyster sauce, 1T allulose, 1/2T minced garlic, 1/2T red pepper powder ➰Add green onions to a pan with olive oil and stir-fry first, then add eggplant and onions ➰When it's cooked to a certain degree, stir-fry the seasoning sauce and add sesame oil and sesame seeds at the end 📌Add peppers to your taste and enjoy!
