The refreshing and salty taste is the best🥰 It tastes so good that I'll write down the recipe. The cooking process is simple! 🥢 Ingredients (for 2) •Udon noodles for 2 •1 avocado •2 pieces of mentaiko •Recommended toppings-Seaweed powder, green onion ✔️Mentaiko mayo sauce 2 pieces of mentaiko, 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 spoons mayonnaise ✔️Cold udon sauce 6 spoons tsuyu, 1/2 spoon soy sauce 👩🍳 How to make 1️⃣ Prepare the ingredients - Cut the avocado in half and slice it. 2️⃣ Making Mentaiko Mayo – Add sugar and mayonnaise to 2 pieces of mentaiko and mix well. 3️⃣ Making Cold Udon Sauce – Mix tsuyu and soy sauce to prepare cold udon sauce. ✔️Tsuyu? Light soy sauce with a Japanese bonito flavor! I recommend the No Brand product because it is cost-effective and delicious. 4️⃣ Boil the udon – Boil the udon in boiling water for 2 minutes and 30 seconds, then rinse in cold water and cool. Drain in a strainer. 5️⃣ Completion – Place the udon in a bowl and pour half of the cold udon sauce on each serving of noodles, then top with avocado slices and mentaiko mayo and sprinkle with seaweed flakes and green onions. ✨ Avocado Mentaiko Cold Udon is complete!
