I often get dried persimmons as gifts during the holidays! My husband and I get tired of just eating them! So I was trying to figure out how to eat them differently, and I remembered #LeeYoungJa's #StrawberryDriedPersimmonRoll_ from #전참시 I also tried rolling them like kimbap with cream cheese and strawberries🍓 It would have been more realistic if I had sprinkled sugar powder on them, but as long as they taste good, they're good enough🤤 My husband doesn't eat fruit much, but he said this was delicious and asked me to make it again after trying it once, so you should definitely try it too! It's nothing special, but I'll write the recipe below📝 And I tried cream cheese from other brands, but #KiriCreamCheese_ was the best💙 ✔️StrawberryDriedPersimmonRoll Recipe 1) Press the dried persimmons up and down to spread them thinly, then remove the stems. 2) Cut in half with a knife, spread it out, and remove any seeds. 3) Prepare a wrap slightly larger than the size of the seaweed roll and place the wrap on top of the seaweed roll. 4) Place 5-6 dried persimmons on top of the wrap, slightly overlapping them. 5) Spread the cream cheese in the middle and spread it appropriately!! Thickly!!
