The backrest tilt can be adjusted to 3 levels and then fixed, so you can concentrate or rest comfortably without shaking. It is the best chair for my husband and I who have to sit on the chair for a long time. You can easily change the tilting intensity with the lever in the center of the bottom of the seat, and the clean design that does not protrude from the outside is visually satisfying.
