I've been a flexible vegetarian since this year. When I traveled to Europe in the past, I suffered from constipation because the menus at restaurants were 100% meat, but I was able to overcome it(?) by eating vegan menus. In Korea these days, if you eat out a lot, it's hard to get many nutrients such as dietary fiber and vitamins from vegetables. When this happens, if you go to a vegan restaurant, most of the pain is relieved. I reduced my meat intake for my health and to participate in reducing carbon emissions. - Places: • Itaewon Zero Waste Shop ‘Nono Shop’ • Yeonhui-dong ‘Bejis’ • Apples on our house’s veranda (Using a camping chair to protect apples from condensation) (Apples that are eaten with the skin are bought unpackaged and washed) - Small environmental practices: Wipe your hands with a handkerchief in a public restroom, go to a vegetarian restaurant, do not leave any leftover food, use a refill shop, buy fruit unpackaged with a basket (reduce disposable packaging) #Today’s scene #오늘의우리집 #제로웨이스트 #친환경살림
