Spinach and Toran Cream Satay Stew🥩 It's a creamy satay stew that I've been saving up for a while :) I bought it to make braised short ribs for the first time in a long time, but it suddenly turned into a stew. Today is P, tomorrow is P, and the life of PiwoP😎 I boiled it when I was really hungry, so to save time, I cooked it in a Whistler pressure cooker on level 3 until it was thick and short. It turned out so tender and delicious. As expected, Godsler~~😍 This actually doesn't take 30 minutes, but since it's steamed in a pressure cooker, the actual cooking time is less than 10 minutes. The recipe got really long because I wrote it down🌝 Recipe Kim Ju-juㅎㅎ 1. Drain the blood from the satay, season with salt, and lightly coat with flour. 2. Add olive oil and butter in a 1:1 ratio to a Whistler pressure cooker and cook until the outside of the meat turns golden brown. 3. Put the golden shredded squid aside for a moment and fry 1/2 sliced onion, then add 1/2 diced carrot, 1 bunch of celery with the fibers removed and cut into thin strips, 5 halved taro, Brussels sprouts, etc. and fry. 4. Cut the squid into bite-size pieces, put it back in the pot, fry a little more, then add 100ml of white wine to evaporate the alcohol and deglaze. 5. Add the stock or vegetables that you have already extracted and water until all the ingredients are covered and set the pressure to level 3. 6. When the green line appears, reduce the heat to low and cook for 15 more minutes, then turn off the heat and wait until the pressure is sufficiently relieved. 7. Add 300ml of heavy cream, cherry tomatoes, and green olives, and when the squid skins pop, add a bunch of raw spinach. 8. Cook for 1 more minute and season with salt and you're done!
