I felt disillusioned and even anxious about myself just a few months ago, thinking that I was not making much progress despite investing a lot of money in woodworking and learning for a long time. However, after practicing a lot, I let go of my greed and realized that I had come a long way thanks to my slow but steady pace. After controlling my poor heart that was almost ruined by greed, I realized that the furniture I made could also bring me joy. I used to easily conclude that I had no talent or that everything, including furniture, was not fun if I didn’t see quick results in a short period of time, and I lived for a long time avoiding it. However, it wasn’t long ago that I realized the basic fact that there is an order to everything. What I want to tell my past self, who used to give up or stop trying because he was doing something wrong, is that nothing is completed in a short period of time. Today, when I can finally shout out my joy, exists only after my daily efforts accumulate.
