Do you know the recipe for radish salad from Pyeonsto-rang Ryu Su-young? 😄 This is my favorite radish salad recipe! If you leave it for about a day, it will be moist and delicious because it will be more flavorful 😉 🔅Red pepper powder: Sugar: Vinegar: Soy sauce: Fish sauce = 5:4:3:2:1 If you just think about this ratio, it's not hard to memorize the recipe!! ✔️ Ingredients 500g radish, 5 tbsp red pepper powder, 4 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1/2 tbsp salt White part of green onion, 1 tbsp sesame seeds ✔️ Recipe 1. Cut the radish into thin 0.3cm pieces. 2. Chop the green onion into small pieces and set aside. 3. Put the sliced radish in a bowl and mix with 4 tablespoons of sugar and 1/2 tablespoon of salt. (It will start to get moist!) 4. Add 5 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of fish sauce and mix. 5. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce here. Since the color is dark, it is good to pour it in as if dripping it to the edge. 6.
