Since the gentleman outside is late..I'll just give him a baby ㅎㅎ It says pork neck bulgogi at the mart..It's neither thin nor thick, so I liked it, so I bought this instead of pork belly~Should I say it's a little thicker than a large piece so that it's chewier when grilled~~Anyway, it's delicious ㅋ I put a little oil on the pan and grill the pork neck and add sesame oil, salt, pepper, and sesame seeds..If you add a little truffle salt here, it's just perfect~~~ Here, I made soybean paste stew with half a cabbage, braised burdock, and dried radish~~ That dried radish is Jonggajib Bossam dried radish...It's really, really tastier than Bossam restaurant~~I got it when the mart had a sale I'll catch you~ Then I'm off~ Since it's Friday night, I won't be going out, so I'll go to sleep and have a beer with some rats and watch TV ㅎㅎ I'll do the rest of the replies tomorrow~~Good night~😊😊😊
