Homemade Soup Curry🍛🧀🍗➿ I made Sapporo-style Soup Curry and Karaage for a housewarming party a while ago! I tested it out, and I had leftover ingredients, so I ate curry without any worries for a week. In the end, I even ate German-style currywurst. ㅎㅎ How can each ingredient have such pretty colors? 🍅🥕🍋🫑🍆🥔 Thanks to the soup curry, I ate a lot of vegetables that I don't usually eat, and they were all so delicious:) If you're thinking about a menu that will make you go "Wow" for a housewarming, I recommend the soup curry✨ I'll write the recipe below.ᐟ ⏲️recipe (*For 2 servings) ▫️Soup curry 1. Make chicken broth by adding 350g of chicken leg meat, whole garlic, ginger, green onion, and whole pepper (I made boneless chicken leg meat to make it easier to eat, but you can also use whole chicken leg meat) 2. Caramelize 2 onions over low heat and add only the flesh to 200g of canned whole tomatoes and let the moisture evaporate (You can substitute with tomato pasta sauce) 3. Put 2 in a blender Grind finely (so you can enjoy the toppings without getting caught in the soup) 4. Stir-fry 1T of garam masala, 1T of cumin powder, 1T of coriander seed powder, 1T of turmeric, 1T of paprika powder, 1T of cayenne pepper powder, 1T of thyme, 1T of basil, 1T of minced garlic, and 1T of minced ginger to make a roux (fresh basil and thyme add flavor) 5. Boil the stir-fried roux + chicken broth + salt and pepper 6. Season with chicken stock and Worcestershire sauce 7. Remove moisture from the outside of the boiled chicken and bake with a torch 8. Cut your favorite vegetables and bake in the oven and also bake with a torch (I added carrots, lotus root, potatoes, paprika, eggplant, oyster mushrooms, chili peppers, and zucchini) 9. Put cheddar cheese on top of the rice cooked with 1T of turmeric and bake with a torch + lemon juice or Sprinkle lemon and eat 10. Plate it nicely and yum yum 😋 ▫️Karaage 1. Remove moisture from 350g chicken with a kitchen towel and cut into bite-size pieces 2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken, add 1T sugar, 1T soy sauce, 1T mirin, minced garlic, and minced ginger, and marinate for 30 minutes 3. Add 2T flour and 2T starch to step 2 and mix well 4. Pour a generous amount of oil and fry at 170 degrees for 7 minutes ▫️Curry Wurst 1. Fry sausages in a frying pan with oil 2. Fry French fries in oil 3.
