When I was young, I hated stir-fried anchovies so much, but these days, I sometimes miss that salty and rich taste. I suddenly remembered it and made Ji-An-Pyo stir-fried anchovies❣️ Let's make it like stir-fried anchovies that are rich with nuts and sweet but low in sugar with My Normal allulose. 📌 Ingredients: 100g anchovies, 50g nuts, 2 green chili peppers, olive oil, 1T soy sauce, 1.5T allulose, 1.5T cooking wine, 2T powdered allulose, 1T sesame seeds, 1T sesame oil 1️⃣ Stir-fry the anchovies in a dry pan to remove moisture and fishy smell, and dust them with a sieve to remove the fine powder. 2️⃣ Stir-fry the nuts in a dry pan to remove the fishy smell. 3️⃣ Chop 2 green chili peppers into small pieces and prepare (omit or add more if you like) 4️⃣ Coat a pan with olive oil, add anchovies and nuts, and stir-fry, then add powdered allulose and stir-fry until coated. 5️⃣ Mix 1T soy sauce, 1.5T allulose, and 1.5T cooking wine and stir-fry. 6️⃣ Turn off the heat and mix in green chili peppers, sesame oil, and sesame seeds, and you're done! If it's bland, add soy sauce, if it's not sweet enough, add allulose.
