I had a strong desire to have an island, which I had never had in my previous house. The kitchen space is not that big, so I needed a lot of space to cook, so I made it the largest size that fit the space. The storage space that is lacking in the kitchen was made under this island. I made it as big and deep as possible so that it can hold a lot:) When guests come, they can face each other in the kitchen, and it creates a lot of space, so it is one of my favorite choices🤎
