#오홈스토랑 My eldest son who came home from school looks hungry just looking at me. ㅜㅜ He said he wanted noodles today, so I boiled Nongshim The Black and added a fried egg, cheese, and some water parsley. The chewy texture of the dried noodles, the rich flavor of the Jjajang soup that reminds me of Ganjjajang, and the fragrant harmony of the seasonal water parsley go really well together.
