I don't like the texture of pears so I don't eat them often, but when I make it into toast like this, it's so delicious?😳🤍 👩🍳 Didimini pear toast 1. In a bowl, beat 1 egg and 2 spoons of soy milk to make egg water. 2. Soak whole wheat bread for more than 10 minutes to absorb the water, and fry it in a pan with coconut oil until golden brown. 3. Put the toast on a plate and top it with 1 slice of unsalted cheese, and top it with thinly sliced pears with the skins, a sprinkle of cinnamon powder, and nuts to finish. ✅️I didn't use the diet version, but used regular bread and milk, and added a little allulose syrup to the egg water.
