I've been running a cooking account on Instagram recently. I've only been making the account for a short while, but I've been consistently posting pictures of one or two dishes I make every day. It's nothing special, but I feel a sense of accomplishment. I'm going to eat food anyway, so it's fun to take pretty pictures, share them, and give feedback. As a result, I've been practicing making sandwiches, and my fat sandwich-making skills are gradually improving. I'm currently on a diet. I've cut out rice, carbohydrates, salt, sugar, and high-fructose corn syrup, and I'm eating mostly protein, vegetables, and fruit. I haven't measured my weight on purpose, but I can definitely see that I've lost a lot of weight. I think this is the easiest diet I've ever tried. I always starved or fasted, so I yoyoed quickly, but since I've switched from a carbohydrate-based diet to a protein-based diet and vegetables-based diet, it's good for my health and my body feels lighter, so I'm going to keep trying.
