#오홈스토랑 #콘수프기록 Housewarming Menu Suggested by Mongjane 🕊 When you are having a housewarming, it is always difficult to think about everything from menu composition to plating, but Mongjane Home Restaurant shares recipes with you 😊 The menu I prepared this time is 🔖 Flatfish Aged Kimchi Carpaccio 🔖 Pollack Salad 🔖 King Tomaki I prepared a table centered on seafood. 📌 Flatfish Aged Kimchi Perilla Oil Carpaccio ✔Ingredients: Flatfish, aged kimchi, 20g radish sprouts, sesame oil, white balsamic, sugar, sesame seeds, radish (optional) ◻ Wash the aged kimchi in water so that no red pepper powder is visible, then squeeze out the water and prepare. ◻ Mix the drained dried kimchi with 1T of sesame oil, 1T of white balsamic (can be substituted with vinegar), 2/3T of sugar, and sesame seeds. I like the flavor and savory taste better with white balsamic than with vinegar, so I used balsamic! ◻ Flatfish is good as fresh raw fish or as aged sashimi :) I like aged sashimi, so I used aged sashimi. ◻ Roll up the dried kimchi (if it's too big, cut it in half) with the flatfish and radish sprouts, and plate it in a circle on a plate. ◻ Drizzle sesame oil or olive oil on top of the dried kimchi. ◻ If you want to plate it more prettily, slice radish thinly and decorate it on top.
