I think it will often be served as wraps Soybean paste recipe Ingredients: 1 potato, 1/4 zucchini, half an onion, 1 shiitake mushroom, 1/3 block of tofu, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 400ml water - Cut the tofu and the vegetables into small pieces and prepare them. - Stir-fry the potatoes, onions, mushrooms, and minced garlic in an oiled pan until slightly soft. - Add 2 tbsp soybean paste and 1 tbsp red pepper paste and stir-fry together. - Add broth or water and boil once, then add pepper, red pepper powder, zucchini, and tofu and boil thoroughly, then place in a flat bowl.
