Healthier Rio Acai Bowl Recipe ๐ซ๐ฅฅ๐๐๐๐ Have you ever felt like it doesn't taste like store-bought acai bowls at home? When I first made an acai bowl and ate it at home, I thought to myself, "This isn't it." But acai bowls are delicious, but they're expensive. I tried it and liked it, so I bought a wooden bowl to put acai in on Coupang on the way home and bought acai powder right away, but it didn't taste like a commercial one. (You know what...? Acai berry powder itself doesn't taste like anything...?) Anyway, after trying it with 3 different recipes, I found one that adds a kick to the savory flavor! That's lemon! ๐ If you squeeze 1/4 lemon in it, it adds that sweet yet subtle commercial flavor that we all know! If you add lemon, the strong peanut butter flavor becomes even more harmonious! When I eat it at home, I add yogurt, which is also good for my health..? (It makes me go to the bathroom a lot.) I usually put in Greek yogurt, but I often can't finish it once I buy it, so when I eat it alone, yogurt powder is a good substitute. If you put it in instead of Greek yogurt, it's less gritty. Greek yogurt is good for fullness and softness. โ๐ผ Rio Acai Bowl_Yogurt Yogurt powder_1 cup and a half Blueberries, two large spoons (for frozen use) Water, half a cup Frozen banana (if frozen, it's good to eat like a smoothie) Agave syrup (just add sweetness) Peanut butter, a small teaspoon Lemon, 1/4 (this is a kick...) *If you have nuts at home, grind them together And top with bananas / strawberries / blueberries / hemp seeds A delicious and pretty meal is complete : ) I also left the ingredients I used on the feed!
