I saw the ladies buying it because it was a seasonal spring vegetable, so I snuck in and bought some ㅎㅎ I was going to make purslane salad by mixing it in seasoning sauce, but I thought it would taste good if I put it in pasta, so I made purslane sesame oil pasta with the sesame oil that my in-laws squeezed themselves. Wash the purslane, soak it in vinegar water, drain it, and boil the pasta for 8 minutes. When the pasta is almost done, add the purslane briefly, then take it out and blanch it. Pour sesame oil around the pan, add the sliced garlic and peperoncino, and stir-fry it, then add the boiled pasta! Stir-fry gently, then add the blanched purslane, add kitchen stock, and stir-fry it, and it's done!
