#오홈스토랑 #콘수프기록 Mongjane's Suggestion #집들이메뉴 🕊 It's been a while since I've had a #집들이 menu series. ᐟ I guess I haven't had many housewarmings lately😅 Today, I prepared a menu that I served when my husband's friends came over 🔖 Yukhoe Tartare (with avocado paste) 🔖 Fried chili peppers and soybean paste-boiled pork 🔖 Daewanghu Tomakki 📌 Yukhoe Tartare ✔Ingredients: 300~350g of yukhoe beef, 2T capers, 1 shallot, 1T whole grain mustard, 2T olive oil, 1T honey, 0.5t tabasco sauce, 1T lemon juice, salt, pepper, egg yolk, Grana Padano (optional) ✔Avocado paste: Avocado 1, 100ml Greek yogurt, 1T lemon juice, 1T olive oil, salt, 1t parsley powder ◽️Prepare by chopping shallots and capers ➰ If you like spicy taste, you can add 1 green chili pepper by chopping them ◽️Make seasoning by adding 1T whole grain mustard, 2T olive oil, 1T honey, 0.5t Tabasco sauce, 1T lemon juice, salt and pepper ◽️Peel ripe avocado, cut into cubes, and grind finely with a hand blender ◽️Add 100ml Greek yogurt, 1T lemon juice, 1T olive oil, a little salt, parsley powder, and mix again with a hand blender to complete the avocado paste ◽️Cut the beef for yukhoe into bite-size pieces ◽️Add yukhoe meat to the prepared tartar sauce and mix well Mix ◽️Plate with avocado paste on a plate and place the raw meat on top using a tart mold or rice bowl ◽️Grate the Grana Padano cheese and top with the egg yolk to complete✨ ➰It tastes even better when you put it on top of seaweed soup ➰Grana Padano cheese is optional! ➰ Instead of avocado paste, you can also cut the avocado into small pieces, mix with salt, pepper, and lemon juice, and plate them in 1-2 layers in a tart mold.🫶🏻 I couldn't take pictures enthusiastically because they were my husband's friends, but I'm uploading them anyway✨ #Followback #홈스토랑 #요리 #요리레시피 #Recipe #신혼밥상 #신혼집 #신혼부부 #Tableware #신혼테이블 #집꾸미기 #Dining room #다이닝룸인테리어
