I also bought a special mat, so I don't have to worry about noise between floors. - My own review- I thought it wouldn't be as effective as I thought, but I sweat after just 5 minutes... It stimulates my butt and thighs well. I think it's a really big advantage that I do it more often because the exercise equipment is close by.
