#우리집추구미 When I first started home styling, I created a simple and modern style living room with white as the base. 😉 At first, I worried a lot about whether this clean style really fit the direction I was pursuing. But as time went by, I gradually found my own taste for home decoration, and my styling direction naturally changed. In a way, it might have been natural. At first, I didn't know much about interior design, and I unconsciously followed the trend while looking at other houses decorated beautifully on SNS and saying, 'Wow, it's pretty!'...😐 Then, I gradually discovered my own colors and tastes and incorporated them into the space, and Megan's living room was completed as it is now.✨ ✅ Our HomeStyling - Megan's Living Room with a Natural Nordic Feel Many people tell me that they feel a Nordic feel when they see my living room. In fact, I didn't think, 'I have to decorate it in a Nordic style!' from the beginning. I think that kind of atmosphere was created naturally as I added my own tastes one by one.😆 In the center of the living room, I placed a vintage side table made in the 60s from England, and placed a sofa and chair in a circle around it. I completed a cozy living room layout that felt like a hotel lounge, but with a direct view. I hung picture frames of different sizes and designs on the wall to create a focal point, and placed a three-tier shelf by the window to display objects from my favorite brands. I placed the shelf because I wanted an open feel rather than sticking the sofa to the wall, and I was so satisfied with the result!❤️ Many people cover their air conditioners after summer, but I left it open. Originally, that space was where plants were kept. I thought that the space would become narrow if I put up a screen to cover the air conditioner, so I chose an air conditioner with a clean design and placed plants in front of it. For a while, I alternated between a Selem and a Patterned Monstera, and now the Patterned Monstera has taken its place! I prefer a living room without a TV, but considering my husband and I’s lifestyle, it was realistically difficult, so I placed the TV in the center of the art wall and placed a living room shelf on the right. I was debating between white and black, but I decided that black would suit my house better.👍 On top of the living room cabinet, I put a Dieter Rams SK61 turntable from Braun Audio made in 1961 and a Snoopy table lamp from FLOS. This Snoopy lamp is an item that my husband fell in love with at first sight and brought home, and it exudes a unique presence in the living room.😂 To the left of the TV is the entrance to the bedroom, so instead of bulky furniture, I put a large canvas frame. Above it, I added an irregular round wall-mounted mirror to give it a stylish point.😙 I decorated the space opposite the TV with plants, framed pictures, a single sofa with a lounge feel, and a side table.
