The never-ending Mongja's housewarming party 😏 This time, Mongja's housewarming party menu is for a friend who loves Korean food 🔖 Dongpa pork 🔖 Soy sauce abalone butter grill 🔖 Nurungji squid sundae with seasoned seaweed I prepared it like this I bought frozen products from a place that I heard was delivering Nurungji squid sundae 🦑 📌 Dongpa pork ✔Ingredients: 800g pork belly, 1 pack of Ssanghwatang, 1 can of cola, 1 cup of soy sauce, 1/2 cup of mirin, 3 cups of water, 2 rounds of oligosaccharide, 3T of sugar, 2 green chili peppers, 2 red chili peppers, 4 bunches of bok choy ◻ Prepare the pork belly for boiled pork and drain the blood in cold water for about 30 minutes ◻ Remove the moisture from the pork belly after draining the blood and make a cross-shaped cut on the shin area. Please prepare it ◻ Oil the pan and cook the pork belly on high heat until all four sides are crispy and brown ◻ Wipe off all the oil with a kitchen towel and add 1 pack of Ssanghwatang, 1 can of cola, 1 cup of soy sauce, 1/2 cup of mirin, 3 cups of water, 2 turns of oligosaccharide, and 3T of sugar and keep on high heat until it boils vigorously ◻ Once it boils vigorously, add the red pepper cut in half and the green pepper cut into small pieces ◻ Reduce the heat to low to medium, cover, and cook for 50 minutes (Check occasionally to make sure it doesn't burn and be sure to control the heat!) ◻ Open the lid and cook for 20 minutes more on low heat (Check to make sure it doesn't burn and turn off the heat when the broth has all boiled down!) ◻ Turn off the heat and blanch the green onions and salt in the boiling water while the steam is released for 5 minutes ◻ Cut the ends of the green onions and arrange them by size, then plate them on a plate to finish. ᐟ I cooked the scallions until they were a little crispy, but they were still a little too crispy even after boiling them for a long time..
