Tonight, I had salmon sashimi, my daughter's favorite, and a generous amount of soft anchovy bulgogi. I made a soft tofu soy sauce salad with soft tofu that was about to expire. I didn't have horseradish sauce, which goes well with salmon sashimi, so my husband made it in no time. It was so delicious.
