The solid wood shelves and desk that I bought because they were pretty didn't match because the tones were different, and they didn't match the floor color. I bought new furniture right after it was sold at Carrot! I was lucky enough to get a new desk in a bright oak tone from Carrot for free. The color is pretty, but I also really liked the shape of the legs. I added bracken ferns that I bought at Power Plant, and the space became even more refreshing!
