I was bored with the white table, so I bought a black table, and I think it was a really good choice. Since the table was the centerpiece, it was easier to set the tone for the other furniture. Since there was no space to put appliances in the existing kitchen, I made a new island. Usually, people put the island at the end of the kitchen, but we made it a standalone island to make the movement much freer.
