To be exact, this is a savings shot after completing CornSoup in March. I've been trying to eat without dressing lately. After washing sweet salad vegetables like Caipira, I chew them -> Eat one or two smoked eggs or half-boiled eggs (bought at the mart!ㅎㅎ) -> Then consume carbohydrates with a little bread or rice The problem with this routine is that I end up overeating or snacking in the evening!!!
