There is a small open space in the corner of this house that is between the bedroom and bathroom. To keep it multifunctional, we put a small cupboard filled with some rarely used items. The cupboard is closed so that the house still looks neat. As a sweetener, we also added an artificial tree and a black photo frame to match the paint on the stairs.
