Since you can't receive proper A/S during the defect repair period if you do interior design in the apartment you're moving into, I think it's much better to live as is. When I did some interior design when I moved in before, there were often situations where it was very ambiguous to receive A/S even if there was a defect. This is the living room of our 39 pyeong house. I put a large dining table in the middle of the living room and made it a study-type. It's a good space for studying with the kids and eating while looking out the window. When I'm not eating, I usually turn on the computer here.
