Did you know? There is a parsley plant that I grow and eat(?) on top of my house's exhaust fan. I don't need it much, but it's a bit tricky to buy fresh parsley every time I cook, and sometimes dried parsley is lacking something, right? So I bought a seedling and I'm growing it on top of my kitchen exhaust fan. How much more fragrant is it than dried parsley?! Even if you just cut it a little, the scent is much more alive.
