🍽️ Today's cute home-cooked meal 🍽️ Smiling bear tteokgalbi on white rice 🧸 Egg rolls rolled up like yellow flower petals 🌼 My husband's favorite, hot squid soup 🦑 Completely filling with bean sprout salad, kimchi, and salad! 🦑Simple squid radish soup recipe🦑 1 squid, radish (sliced), green onion, green chili pepper 800ml water, 1T anchovy sauce, 1T soy sauce, 1T minced garlic, 1T red pepper powder 2 koin broth (or anchovy + kelp broth) 1. Boil water, radish, and koin broth in a pot for about 5-7 minutes. 2. When the radish is cooked, add anchovy sauce and soy sauce to taste. 3. Boil together squid, minced garlic, green onion, and red pepper powder. 4. Add green chili pepper at the end and boil for a little longer and it's done!
