#살림살이 #콘수프기록 Pickling Radish with Commercial Sauce I made this because I ran out of radish pickles. I always made them myself, but some people said they were too sour, so I decided to try using commercial pickle sauce. 😅 This is a product called Sammy's Pickle Sauce from Sam Pyo. I remembered seeing it on a neighbor's feed one day, so I bought it. I cut the radish into mini-sized squares so that it would be easy for my child to eat. Since I cut up a small radish, I didn't have enough commercial sauce, so I made one container with vinegar and My Normal allulose. I put the container in the Weck glass container that I always use. I ate it in about two weeks? I don't even sterilize it in boiling water, so I just use it. But I write the date out of habit, so why bother writing the year? 🤣 I stopped writing Stored sauce vs. homemade sauce.
