How to deal with balsamic vinegar that you don't eat👩‍🍳 I bought balsamic to use as salad dressing... I used to eat it well, but I haven't eaten it since some time ago🥲 I didn't want to throw it away, so I kept it and made balsamic glaze! I can't eat balsamic vinegar as it is, but the glaze is a bit more sour, so it's more edible and it seems easier to use when making sandwiches or salads! You only need two ingredients: balsamic vinegar and powdered allulose✌️Pour balsamic vinegar and allulose in a pot in a 3:2 ratio and boil it until it's reduced! Complete low-sugar balsamic glaze with allulose instead of sugar❣️ You can add or subtract allulose depending on your preference. It solidifies more when it cools, so turn off the heat when it feels a little thin!
