#n평인테리어 #12평 A 12 pyeong house with 2 rooms and 1 living room. It's perfect for living alone, but it's getting more and more maximalist, so it's getting smaller and smaller. ㅎㅎ 1-3. The main room is about 3.5 pyeong and has a bed, desk, TV, book shelf, about 4 cat hideouts, and a scratcher. It's a large room that's packed full of stuff,,, 4. Right next to the main room, there's a space like this thanks to the partition wall that blocks the entrance. At first, I put an IKEA Billy bookshelf there, but I threw it away and installed a cat pole here, and it's a perfect space👍🏻 Oh, if you look at the entrance to the main room next to it, you can't see the door, but I wanted to utilize the space more, so I took the door off! 5-7. Usually, if you look at houses in the early 10 pyeong range, the kitchen sink is really narrow. But this house has a really wide sink! It's a single-row type, and if you look at the kitchen rack in the photo, you'll see that the cooking space is very wide. There's also a sliding drawer in the lower cabinet that can hold a microwave, which is good. 8. The living room is in front of the sink, but it's awkward to put a TV there, so I put a 6-person dining table there. 9. I put a dryer on a custom iron shelf near the window and organized the miscellaneous items in a living box. Since it's a house, sparrows often come to the yard, so I also put up a window hammock for the cat. 10. One more room that I've never shown. A dressing room. I bought a Hanssem Stay dressing room hanger because the plastic hangers kept falling apart. I didn't take a picture of the clothes hanging up, but since then, the dressing room has become a mess and looks like a clothes storage, so I'm only showing a picture from the day of installation. ㅎㅎㅎ The small room is quite large, so if you install it like that, there's enough space on the other side to put a queen-size bed. Our 12-pyeong house that's really full and used up🤍 The funny thing is that our house's outdoor veranda is about 6-pyeongㅋㅋㅋ..
