#내돈내산 #콘수프기록 There are a lot of stairs when commuting to and from work, and I move around a lot while working, but I don't set aside time to exercise, so I'm sure I'm lacking exercise, so I was looking for a way and came across a handle-less #실내자전거 on YouTube. I was interested and started looking. Then, I saw a picture posted by a friend of mine from FTC, so I asked him about it, and he said it was a good workout, so I saved up points and bought it. I thought it was mainly for leg exercise because it's a bike, but since there are no handles, I have to put strength in my stomach and ride it, so I also exercise my abs. If I ride for more than 15 minutes, I'm out of breath and sweat a lot, so it's a good workout~♡ My tip for exercising consistently is... You can put the bike by the window and ride while looking at your favorite window view, or if you ride while looking at your favorite video because it's right in front of the TV, you can enjoy exercising without getting tired of it. 😉 #Health management #건강챙기기 #혼자사는법
