Yesterday, the wind was howling, but today, when I came back from a walk, it was hot... I might have to turn on the air conditioner soon...!! So, I prepared cold udon for lunch. It's himokawa udon that I bought at Costco for a good price. It's udon that you dip the wide noodles in cold katsuo broth and eat, and it was simple and refreshing.
