Hi, let me introduce myself, I'm Audrie 👋 Because I have eczema that flares up every time I'm stressed, I try to make my house feel calm and comfortable. I'm so tired of going to the doctor and being asked "are you stressed?" 🥹 HAHAHAA So when I'm at home, I look for a lot of references. It turns out that these simple things have an effect on making a house comfortable and help reduce stress: 🤍 Furniture with soft edges/curves and placement facing away from the wall and facing the window/exit helps give us a sense of security. 🤍 Choosing low-intensity colors and matte surface types provides lower stimulation to the eyes and brain, thus reducing anxiety, so for the flooring and kitchen and dining table tops I use matte finishes. 🤍 Natural elements from nature such as the play of textures from wood or rattan accents, limewash paint walls, and lots of openings so that morning sunlight can enter the house give a relaxing effect. Hopefully it inspires you who want to have a comfortable home without stress~ #Foyer #HomeOffice #MiniHouseTour #MyHomeStory #HomeTravel
