SMR House has a land area of 180m2 with a building area of 90m2, so there is still unbuilt land next to the house of 90m2 which is finally made into a side garden with a small pavilion for a warehouse and a room for the maid. 🌿 For the front garden, gravel is used, in addition to adding texture, it is also low maintenance and budget-saving. 🌿 Plants are also chosen that are low maintenance such as frangipani, taro, and bananas with wide leaves to provide a calm and relaxing effect. 🌿 Lighting uses solar panel lamps to save electricity costs.
