#오늘의우리집 One zucchini, 790 won... Today's sentiment isn't that expensive. Late yesterday afternoon, after finishing my oil painting class, I made a meal with zucchini I bought for just 790 won. I sliced the zucchini thinly into noodles, stir-fried it with just salt and pepper, carefully placed a soft-boiled egg on top, and served it on top of warm rice. I finished the rice bowl with a spoonful of sesame oil, a spoonful of tsuyu, and a light sprinkle of onion flakes and perilla seed powder. At the round table by the window, with a French red cushion, sentiment permeated the table once again today. A leisurely, simple, yet satisfying meal made with a single 790 won zucchini.
