🏠Enjoying the Transformation Process of a Growing House ✨ This house is a developer's house in a cluster, with renovation restrictions in the first years, such as not being allowed to change the facade. I chose the entire design of the house, from the concept, interior, to the selection of furniture, myself. We bought this house in 2014. Initially, it was only 1 floor, then renovated into 2 floors. The renovation process took about 2 years because we faced several obstacles and had to change builders. Finally, we started living in the house in 2016. Like a growing house, after being occupied, there were still several small renovations carried out from year to year such as renovating the children's room, guest room, kitchen, laundry and finally the terrace. All the transformations in this house are a journey, it took 9 years to get the looks it does now. 📌Slide 1 This kitchen can be said to be the room that has grown the most because it has undergone several gradual changes with all considerations of low budget but still durable. At least it meets expectations, a combination of contrasting dark gray and white colors with warm wood elements. 📌Slide 2 The room that is most comfortable to linger in is the small living room. Sitting and looking out the window, if the door is opened, a gentle breeze will come in and abundant light. 📌Slide 3 This dry garden is one form of maximizing land because there is a narrow area between the room and the kitchen/warehouse. The top of this garden is open only with mosquito wire, for air exchange and incoming light. 📌Slide 4 Condition before the open space of the kitchen, dining room and garden, angle from the living room. 📌Slide 5 Condition before the kitchen, when the old sink was replaced with an undermouth sink. The kitchen table was repaired because it was rotten due to water seepage. 📌Slide 6 Condition before the children's room which originally used dominant blue paint. 📌Slide 7 Condition before guest room, floor completely dismantled because granite lifted and cracked. #minimalist kitchen #mejamakanikea #lampugantung #wadahrotan #kitchenset #lemaritanam #tamankering #tamandalamrumah #minihousetour #ceritarumahku #perjalananrumah
