I like massage, and my neck and shoulders are always sore, so I'm trying out a lot of massage items. These days, I use this massage machine as a must before going to bed. If you just get the position right, it loosens up the trapezius muscles, so it's so refreshing. It's definitely better to do it with your hands because you can adjust it more delicately, but...
